Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Central Massachusetts is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours, helping individuals with morning routines and daily living activities while promoting health, safety, and independence. You will implement health and medication protocols, assist with transportation, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program and agency procedures to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations.
• Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
