Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Awake Overnight Counselor to support individuals during overnight hours, assist with morning routines, and promote health, safety, and independence. You will implement health and medication protocols, coordinate transport as needed, and maintain accurate documentation, with additional hourly differentials for certain positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program and agency procedures to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations.
• Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
