Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours and assist individuals with morning routines and daily living activities. You will help maintain a healthy, safe environment and advocate for community inclusion and independence.

The role emphasizes crisis response, health protocol implementation, and strong documentation practices across shifts, with the potential for differential hourly pay based on location

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program procedures to respond during emergencies or crises.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies and regulations.
• Assist individuals with transportation and coordinating travel needs.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
