Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Cook II at our New Albany location. You will be part of a kitchen team, preparing nutritious dishes and focusing on customer service to brighten every guest’s day.

The role requires 3–4 years of food service experience, with a team-oriented, adaptable mindset. You’ll work overnights, including some weekends/holidays, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package as part of Sodexo.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable with focus on safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Read and follow basic recipes or product directions.
• May operate a grill station or serve customers at an a la carte line.
• Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
