Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a kitchen/cafeteria Associate to support daily operations in the employee cafeteria. You will assist with menu items, mise en place and station setup, ensuring consistency with Four Seasons standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in similar kitchen roles, are able to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lb, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar kitchen/hotel operation.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50lb and to stand for 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day to day operation of the employee Cafeteria.
• Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials.
• Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the station.
• Communicate with Cafeteria Supervisor regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages.
• Maintain salad bars and non hot meal items, Maintain coffee stations, condiments and drink stations.
• Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
• Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
• Store items properly at the end of the shift.
• Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
