LEAD is hiring a Construction Laborer in Conesville, OH. This full-time, overnight shift position offers overtime pay and a pay range of $21.00–$24.00 per hour depending on experience. You will assist foremen, operate a floor scrubber, and perform labor-intensive tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key duties include safe operation of equipment, timely completion of tasks, and willingness to learn new skills on the job. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year+ construction (or similar) experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 75% of shift.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to work overtime, Saturdays and some Sundays.

Responsabilités

• Support Foremen and Superintendents on-site tasks.
• Operate floor scrubber and assist with labor-intensive duties.
• Follow safety policies and use proper tools for each task.
• Show up on time with a positive attitude and work ethic.
• Assist in setup and teardown of equipment and site duties.
