Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Concierge for our InterContinental Seattle Bellevue property. You will be the guest's main source of information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions, delivering warm, personalized service.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for our guests through assisting with the planning of their stay. The Concierge is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
