Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Melrose Park, IL seeks an entry-level production technician focused on weighing, mixing, and documenting chemical formulations in a cleanroom environment. You will set up and operate mixing equipment, adjust pH and oxygen levels, and record batch data in accordance with cGMP standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to handle hazardous materials with respirators and PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments desirable.
• Ability to accurately weigh and measure chemicals in powder and liquid form.

Responsibilities

• Formulate production batches by weighing, mixing chemicals per formulas.
• Set up, load, operate and monitor mixing equipment for product formulations.
• Weigh and mix exact chemical amounts per batch records; verify output.
• Calibrate and monitor formulation equipment (scales, meters, etc.).
• Adjust pH and oxygen levels for in-process testing before release.
• Maintain clean, compliant records in line with cGMP and GDP standards.
• Support compounding department to meet the production schedule.
