Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a compounding operator responsible for accurate weighing and verification of chemical compounds in a Class 100,000 clean room. You will monitor mixing processes, perform equipment calibrations, and maintain batch records in compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.

The role requires experience in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing, the ability to follow procedures, and strong problem-solving and teamwork to support timely formulation and delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow written SOPs and cGMP guidance.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, check and verify compounds for product formulation in a clean room.
• Monitor mixing, formulation, filling equipment and perform calibrations.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation and comply with SOPs.
• Coordinate with adjacent operators to ensure timely delivery of formulations.
