Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a production technician to precisely formulate batches, weigh chemicals, and operate mixing equipment in a clean room environment. You will document results in production logs and follow SOPs to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires handling hazardous materials, maintaining process accuracy, and supporting production schedules in a regulated facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries preferred.
• Ability to perform precise chemical weighs/measures in powder and liquid form.

Responsibilities

• Formulate production batches with accurate weighing and mixing of chemicals.
• Set up, load, operate and monitor mixing equipment and document outputs.
• Calibrate related equipment and adjust pH and oxygen levels as required.
• Maintain clean, compliant records in batch logs per SOPs and GDP standards.
• Support compounding department duties to meet production schedule.
