Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage in Rincon, GA is seeking a Cold Storage High-Reach Operator for the overnight shift to move pallets and manage high-reach duties in freezer environments. You will operate a ride-on double pallet jack and RF devices, complying with safety standards.

The role requires lifting and stacking pallets up to 55 feet, following BRCGS, FDA/USDA, and OSHA guidelines, and coordinating with leadership to ensure efficient throughput and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift certification not required but desired.

Responsibilities

• Comply with facility food safety and defense programs (BRCGS).
• Conduct daily inspections of MHE for safety and operability.
• Retrieve and put away pallets in double deep pushback racking 8–55 ft high.
• Comply with company policies and customer requirements.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safe practices.
• Stamp export cases per FDA/USDA regulations.
• Operate ride-on double pallet jack and other MHE.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and HACCP guidelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse leadership to complete tasks.
