Lineage Logistics is seeking a High Reach Forklift Operator in Mobile, AL. The role requires operating a stand-up reach forklift and handling palletized goods in cold or dry storage environments, while following safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to read instructions.
• Able to lift minimum 40 lbs.
• Able to work in cold storage temperatures (−20 to −25 C) or hot storage up to 37 C.
• Willing to work weekends if needed.
• Operate forklift safely per company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach forklift to move products and materials.
• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for rack placement.
• Pick palletized units from racks for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and item condition via RF system.
• Load/unload materials on pallets and perform daily forklift checks.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain batteries; leave equipment at charging station.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
