Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage in Rincon, GA is seeking a Cold Storage High-Reach Operator for overnight shifts. You will operate a high-reach truck in the freezer and blast freezer, stacking and retrieving pallets from 8 to 55 feet, ensuring safety and compliance with HACCP, FDA/USDA guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, reliability, and ability to work independently or with a team. Overtime/weekend work may be required; forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; related education/experience may supplement.
• Experience preferred but not required; willing to train.
• Forklift certification is not required but desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-reach equipment to move pallets to and from 8–55 ft heights in freezer areas.
• Inspect MHE and ensure safe operation in HACCP-compliant environment.
• Retrieve and place pallets in double-deep pushback racking; maintain orderly staging areas.
• Follow BRCGS, FDA/USDA, OSHA, and company safety and quality procedures.
• Operate RF handheld or mounted computers to process workload.
• Coordinate tasks with warehouse leadership and complete required trainings.
