Job summary

Open Arms Senior Living in Duluth, MN is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for the NOC shift. This part-time role involves providing personal care and health-related services to residents, under the supervision of an RN.

Qualifications

• CNA/ NAR or HHA Certificate preferred.
• Experience in working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and give reminders to residents as required according to the MAR and as delegated by the RN Supervisor.
• Provide personal care and direct assistance with activities of daily living.
• Document changes in residents’ condition and report to the RN Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and HIPPA.
• Lead or participate in activity programs for residents.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other Open Arms Senior Living team members.
