Job summary

Ecumen Lakeshore in Duluth, MN, is hiring a Full-Time CNA for Afternoon/Evening or Overnight shifts with an every other weekend rotation. The role supports residents with daily living activities, following individualized care plans under nursing supervision.

The targeted pay range is $22.06–$25.60 per hour, with an additional $1/hour overnight shift differential. Ecumen offers a comprehensive benefits package and a nonprofit culture focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken formats.
• Ability to follow safety rules and facility policies including HIPAA and Universal Precautions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treatments and activities of daily living as delegated by nursing staff.
• Provide ADL support and monitor vital signs, report changes to RN.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and documentation.
• Ensure safety, respond to call lights, and reassign duties as needed.
• Partner with the care team to support residents with dignity and independence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or RN.
