Ecumen Lakeshore-The Fountains in Duluth, MN is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for overnight shifts, 48 hours every two weeks with an every-other-weekend rotation. The role ensures health and safety needs are met and that regulatory standards are followed.

The position offers a $37.76–$47.95 hourly wage with a $2/hour overnight differential. Benefits include PTO, EAP, and a comprehensive package based on scheduled hours.

Competenze

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Ability to follow safety rules and facility policies including HIPAA and OSHA.

Mansioni

• Completes initial assessment of potential patients and moves in service agreements.
• Maintains patient medical records, ensures timely assessments and care plans.
• Ensures physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours.
• Maintains and monitors medication administration and equipment; follows up with physicians.
• Provides health and medication training to new team members and documents training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
