Job summary

Resorts at Chester River Manor is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs to join our team for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift. The CNA I will provide direct resident care under supervision, assisting with daily living activities and promoting comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities include vital signs, documenting care, and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and courteously.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment.
• Follow facility policies and procedures, infection control guidelines, and resident rights standards.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
