Resorts at Chester River Manor Manor is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift. The CNA I provides direct resident care under supervision, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities include helping residents with bathing, dressing, transfers, vital signs, and reporting changes to licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and courteously.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment.
• Follow facility policies and procedures, infection control guidelines, and resident rights standards.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
