Resorts at Chester River Manor in Chestertown, MD, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA I) for the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Qualifications

• Maryland CNA certification in good standing required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Answer call bells and respond to resident needs.
• Assist with meals and encourage adequate nutrition and hydration.
• Record vital signs as assigned.
• Observe and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Promote dignity, privacy, and quality of life.
