Larksfield Place is seeking a dependable Certified Nurse Aide for the overnight shift at our Wichita, KS campus. You will provide direct care, assist with personal needs, monitor residents, and promptly report changes to licensed staff to ensure safety and comfort during the night.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a valid Kansas certification and CPR certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and attentive overnight.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs such as hygiene, grooming, and repositioning
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the licensed nursing staff
• Provide support with toileting, transfers, and mobility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and restful environment for residents
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required
• Respond to call lights and ensure resident comfort during overnight hours
• Communicate respectfully with residents and work collaboratively with overnight team members
• Adhere to infection control policies and follow all safety procedures
