Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including dressing, eating, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor and document vital signs and report concerns.
• Provide mobility support, including transfers, positioning, and walking.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Follow infection control procedures and ensure safety.
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support well-being.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff promptly.
