Job summary

Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Duval in Austin, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for the 10pm–6am shift. You will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to assessments and care plans.

The role requires a valid CNA license, high school diploma or equivalent, and prior long-term care experience is preferred. You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing and monitoring vital signs while observing changes and reporting to the Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility
• Carry out duties per resident care policy and procedure
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse
• Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries
• Contribute knowledge of resident conditions to care plans
• Observe and report symptoms or changes to Charge Nurse
