Job summary

Cura Health in Sandstone, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and support licensed nurses in a safe, patient-centered environment.

Night shifts include a $4 per hour premium to recognize overnight coverage. We value teamwork, infection control, and respectful communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Prior CNA experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and communicate with patients and families.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas following infection control standards.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Adhere to healthcare policies to promote patient safety.
