Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Iowa or ability to activate certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Conduct routine health monitoring including vital checks.
• Encourage recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
