Job summary

Cura Health is seeking caring CNAs to provide resident-centered care at our Minnesota facility. You’ll assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and documentation while collaborating with nurses and the care team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Minnesota or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Must be in good standing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to follow resident care plans and directions from licensed nursing staff.
• Ability to recognize and report changes in a resident’s condition or behavior.
• Must meet physical demands of the position (transfers, mobility, ADLs).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, personal hygiene).
• Support residents with transfers, positioning, mobility, and ambulation per care plans.
• Assist with meals, including setup, feeding, and monitoring intake.
• Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output.
• Observe for changes in condition or behavior and communicate with nurse.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly and respectfully.
• Complete routine rounds to ensure safety, comfort, and positioning.
• Follow individual care plans and resident preferences.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families through compassionate communication.
• Work with nurses and CNAs to provide high-quality care.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow facility policies and state/federal requirements.
• Perform additional resident care duties within CNA scope.
