Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an Overnight CNA to support individuals in a community living arrangement who have brain injuries and complex health needs. You will provide direct care, follow MAP guidelines for medication administration, and help residents engage in daily routines and community activities.

You will monitor health status, assist with ADLs, document care, and ensure safe, respectful environments. Driving and collaboration with Vinfen staff are required to maintain high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with experience in brain-injury care.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid and MAP-related training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living per treatment plan and ISP.
• Monitor changes in physical, mental, or emotional status.
• Administer medications per MAP and Vinfen policies.
• Provide nutrition and personal care.
• Transport clients to appointments as directed.
• Document nursing care and daily shift notes.
