Job summary

Right at Home NW OKC is seeking an experienced CNA for in-home care across Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities, mobility, and health monitoring inside clients’ homes.

Flexible, part-time/on-call schedule with travel to multiple local clients; requires active Oklahoma CNA certification and reliable transportation. English communication and adherence to care plans are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Oklahoma is required.
• Six months or more experience in senior care, home health, or caregiving preferred.
• English reading/writing skills sufficient for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and safe ambulation.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
• Follow care plans and safety procedures; maintain accurate care documentation.
• Accept shifts based on client needs and your availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ health and overall well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans and established safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Accept available shifts based on client needs and your availability.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Oklahoma.
• Previous experience in senior care, home health, or caregiving is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding requirements.
