Senior Lifestyle is seeking a CNA/MA/Care Associate for the Assisted Living program at Addington Place of Lakeside Vista. You will assist residents with daily activities, support social engagement, and document care in the daily log. A compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

This full-time role requires English proficiency, a year of senior-care experience, and a CNA or CHHA license depending on state rules. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and DailyPay access.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with residents and staff.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills for daily logging and communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide reminders for medications and escort services as needed.
• Follow resident care plans and supervisor schedules.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance and report concerns to supervisor.
• Respect independence and dignity of residents.
