Job summary

Addington Place of Lakeside Vista in Holland, MI is seeking a dedicated CNA/MA/Care Associate for the 11PM-7AM shift in our Assisted Living program. You will assist residents with daily living activities, helping them live with dignity and comfort.

Requirements include at least one year of senior-care experience, English proficiency, potential CNA/CHHA license depending on state, good communication and teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform duties and communicate with staff.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills to document records.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort, and activities of daily living.
• Follow the resident needs schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
