The Shores, a UMC Community in Ocean City, NJ, seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for overnight, part-time care in memory care. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $25.55 per hour, with a $2.00 hourly shift differential for evenings/nights.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CMA certification from the NJ Department of Health.
• Active New Jersey CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the licensed nurse, following procedures and state regulations.
• Observe residents after medication administration and document findings.
• Provide hands-on support with daily routines including personal care, mobility, dining, and comfort needs.
• Encourage resident independence while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Share updates and concerns with the nursing team to support timely follow-up.
