Job summary

The Shores, a UMC Community in Ocean City, NJ, is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for memory care. This part‑time night shift role pays $23.00–$25.55 per hour with a $2.00 night differential and includes health, dental, and vision coverage along with life insurance and a retirement plan.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, assist with daily activities, and communicate with the nursing team to ensure safe, compassionate care for residents living with dementia.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification from the NJ Department of Health.
• Active New Jersey CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurse.
• Observe residents post‑medication, document findings, and communicate changes.
• Assist with daily routines, mobility, dining, and comfort needs.
• Encourage independence while maintaining a safe living environment.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and the team.
• Share updates and concerns with the nursing team for coordination.
