Job summary

Terros Health is seeking an Overnight Clinician Aide to provide a safe environment in a residential setting, engage clients in skills training, and coordinate care aimed at community integration.

You will conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load and crisis management, oversee the medication process, and support independent living skills and wellness while pursuing ongoing professional growth with Terros Health.

• Direct support to clients engaging in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management.
• Overseeing the medication process and submitting clinical documentation.

Job description

As an Overnight Clinician Aide at Terros Health, you will provide a safe and secure environment for our clients in a residential setting, engage them in skills training, designed to enhance functioning leading to community integration and self-sufficiency in living, learning, social and work environments. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.

You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management. You will be responsible for overseeing the medication process and submit clinical documentation.

Schedule(s) Available

• Clinician Aide - C shift - 40 hours - 11:15pm - 7:15am; (Tues-Sat)
• Clinician Aide - C shift - 32 hours - 11:15pm - 7:15am; (Fri-Mon)
