Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking an Overnight Clinical Pharmacist to join the hospital pharmacy team supporting acute care operations in Marshfield and Weston, Wisconsin. The role features a unique 7-on/7-off overnight schedule, earning pay for 80 hours while working 70 hours, providing a full week off between rotations.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and clinicians to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based medication therapy across diverse patient populations, including

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree (PharmD or BS) from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and medication safety principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working with pharmacy technology and EMR.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and safety.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including pharmacokinetic dosing and therapeutic drug monitoring.
• Participate in clinical decision-making and medication-related problem solving.
• Oversee medication dispensing, including unit-dose distribution and sterile IV admixture.
• Document clinical interventions in the EMR and support pharmacy technology.
• Supervise technicians during overnight operations.
