Job summary

Marshfield Medical Center - Weston is seeking an inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment. The role covers ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, OR and more, with night shifts (10x4, 9 PM–7 AM). Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pharmacist coverage across ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, OR, and other units.
• Perform medication dosing and monitoring with pharmacists and technicians.
• Cover weekends and holidays; no on-call requirement.
• Use Omnicell for medication dispensing.
• Maintain scrubs/clean business attire and clock in/out as required.

Description:

The department is seeking an inpatient pharmacist to join the team.

The pharmacist will cover various areas including ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, OR, cardiac cath, EPS, central pharmacy.

IV Room experience is not required but understanding of USP 797 is necessary.

Minimal chemotherapy is performed, with occasional preparation of gemcitabine, mitomycin, or methotrexate.

The pharmacist will be responsible for medication dosing and monitoring.

The position requires collaboration with pharmacy technicians working various shifts.

Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

There is no on-call requirement for this role.

The medication dispensing system used is Omnicell.

The dress code is scrubs or clean, professional/business casual attire.

All pharmacists are required to clock in and out while performing duties.
