Job summary

The Archway is seeking a part-time Client Advocate to join our shelter team and walk alongside survivors as they reclaim safety, stability, and the next chapter of their lives.

As a Client Advocate, you will support residents during moments of crisis, transition, and healing, helping create an environment where healing can begin.

Qualifications include six months in a residential facility and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a residential facility, shelter, or similar environment.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living needs
• Conducting intake assessments and resident orientations
• Maintaining accurate, timely client documentation
• Preparing rooms for new residents
• Conducting regular safety checks throughout the facility
• Providing general shelter coverage with confidence and minimal supervision
