About the Overnight Cleaner Role

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all areas to ensure a great member experience. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing all common areas per standards.
• Vacuuming and operating cleaning equipment.
• Disposing of trash and maintaining cleaning stations.
• Replenishing supplies and reporting inventory needs.
• Cleaning high surfaces and reporting equipment issues.
• Operating laundry machines.
• Maintaining cleaning tools and equipment.

Daily tasks may also include greeting members, assisting with inquiries, answering phones, executing retail transactions, resolving concerns, and conducting safety and cleanliness walks.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $17.00 - $18.00, based on experience and other factors.
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, disability, life insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and a free Black Card Membership. Some benefits are for full-time employees only.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Cleaning and sanitizing experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Communicating in person or via phone.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Exposure to chemicals.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Bending, twisting, and moving in different positions.
