Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from an accredited program.
• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient care protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environments with professionalism and compassion.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including monitoring health and administering medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care and communicate status changes.
• Assist patients with daily living activities while promoting dignity and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies or changes in condition.
