Job summary

RATP Dev USA is seeking a dependable Utility Worker with a valid CDL to support onsite fleet operations in Maryland. You will help keep vehicles clean, safe, and ready while ensuring OSHA/CDC compliance.

Responsibilities include detailing vehicles monthly, inspecting for damage, tracking fluids, and maintaining records. Requires 2+ years in vehicle servicing, High School diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overnight schedule 6:30 pm–3:00 am.

Qualifications

Valid CDL with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements – Required.
No criminal convictions or DWI/DUI, assault, or controlled substance possession within past 5 years.
Ability to pass pre-employment evaluation, DOT physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background checks.
Minimum 2 years in vehicle servicing, fleet maintenance, or equivalent.
General knowledge of fuels, lubricants, vehicle safety procedures, and cleaning materials.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, and to sit/stand, walk, climb, kneel, crawl.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, and wash interiors/exteriors of fleet vehicles per OSHA/CDC standards.
Detail an agreed number of vehicles per month.
Inspect vehicles and document damage; report findings.
Check and document fluid levels (oil, DEF, coolant, washer).
Ensure emergency equipment is stocked and functional.
Report end-of-day mileage for all vehicles.
Maintain clear service records.
Move vehicles between sites using CDL credentials.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment; assist teammates.
Close and secure office/shop at day end; perform other duties.
