Job summary

Transdev, based in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Utility Worker to support bus operations and maintenance. The role involves cleaning, fueling, and basic vehicle checks under supervision, with duties including driving, logging fluids, and assisting with shop tasks.

Qualifications

• Good oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to read and follow safety and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, fuels, and checks fluid levels of buses under direct supervision.
• Washes exterior of vehicles with power washer and brushes; removes trash.
• Drives, maneuvers, and parks vehicles.
• Fuels buses, replenishes fluids, and logs all fluids used.
• Downloads drive cameras; probes fare boxes.
• Performs light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities.
• Reports maintenance issues to Supervisor.
• Other duties as required.
