Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor casino assets via CCTV and protect guests and staff on the floor, cages, and change rooms. You will observe for criminal activity and policy violations, operate monitoring equipment, and complete incident reports.

You will also assist in training others on CCTV systems, maintain logs, and perform related duties in a 24/7 high-energy casino environment, including exposure to bright lights, smoke, and loud noises.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of security/surveillance experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license per State Gaming Agency requirements.
• Proficient in reading/writing in English.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe all activities on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via CCTV for criminal activity and policy violations.
• Observe areas of the casino, atrium, and parking areas for safety hazards.
• Operate monitor room equipment.
• Complete proper reports and documentation as needed.
• Assist in training on CCTV equipment and alarms.
• Other duties as assigned.
