Qualifications

• One to two years related experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform duties.
• Must be able to obtain and keep Maryland State Lottery Agency license.

Responsibilities

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment while delivering service excellence.
• Prepares food as directed by Chef or Sous Chef to recipes and standards.
• Fully versed in fast food and short order cooking methods; able to multitask.
• Able to perform related duties in short order outlets.
• Able to perform food prep work (chopping, dicing, slicing).
• Maintains clean and sanitary workspace according to Health Department codes.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
