Job summary

A community support organization in Kaneohe is seeking passionate individuals for full-time and part-time overnight shifts in their Crisis Stabilization Facility. Candidates will develop clinically-based treatment relationships with clients suffering from serious mental illness and integrate them into the community. This role offers a supportive team environment, with extensive training and opportunities for overtime. Competitive hourly pay between $18-$20 based on qualifications and experience, along with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Required 6-12 months supervised experience with severely mentally ill or other special needs populations.
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to function calmly under pressure in crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment relationships and coordinate with psychiatrists.
• Manage medications and facilitate housing placement.
• Complete vital documentation and participate in skill-building groups.
