Job summary

Alto Boynton Ridge is seeking compassionate, dependable Overnight Caregivers (Resident Assistants) for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Ringgold, GA. We offer Full-Time and PRN overnight positions with 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm–7:00am, and homes near Chattanooga.

No certifications required; experience preferred. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring resident well-being, and providing dementia-informed care while maintaining a safe, welcoming

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year health care experience.
• Dementia training required in Ensemble program.
• Positive Criminal Background Screening; Drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on overnight care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and comfort.
• Monitor resident well-being and respond promptly and calmly to any needs.
• Support Memory Care residents with patience, empathy, and dementia-informed care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout every overnight shift.
• Be the steady, caring presence residents and families count on through the night.
