Job summary

Allegro Living, LLC's Alto Boynton Ridge in Ringgold, GA is seeking a dependable PRN Medication Technician for overnight shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am. The role offers $18.00/hr based on experience and same-day pay through Dayforce Wallet.

You will administer medications, monitor residents overnight, and maintain documentation in an assisted living and memory care setting, providing compassionate care and building connections with residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum one (1) year experience with senior adults highly preferred.
• May be a Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA), depending on state requirements; if licensed or certified, must be in good standing with the state licensing or certifying agency.
• Must possess current Medication Training certification.
• Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Certification in CPR and first aid preferred or as required by the State.
• Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately administer medications to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor residents for medication side effects and changes in condition overnight.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Provide compassionate care and support to residents throughout your shift.
• Build genuine connections with residents who count on your skilled presence.
