Job summary

The Reserve at Fountaingrove Memory Care in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an Overnight (NOC) Caregiver to support residents during overnight hours. The role offers $1.00/hour NOC shift differential and a path for growth, with training available.

Position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time. Employee benefits are provided. Candidates must meet background and health screening requirements and have relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement.
• LIC 503 Health Screening Report required.
• Food Handler Certification, First Aid Certification, Caregiver Certification and CPR Certification are required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner aligned with person-centered care.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, meals, feeding, and linens.
• Assist with daily requirements and tasks as requested by residents and staff.
• Ensure residents are treated with privacy, respect and dignity.
• Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Complete state required training upon hire and annually.

Responsibilities of the Caregiver

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
• Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Food Handler Certification, First Aid Certification, Caregiver Certification and CPR Certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
