Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Overnight Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, grooming, bathing, and maintaining a safe, comforting environment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• All state educational requirements must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with elderly population preferred.
• Calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as grooming and bathing.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Review resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
