Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Franklin, TN is seeking compassionate overnight care professionals to provide one-on-one support for aging adults and individuals with disabilities. You will oversee overnight safety, assist with personal care, and help clients stay comfortable throughout the night.

We offer competitive pay ($17–$18+ per hour) plus bonuses, flexible 12-hour overnight shifts, early pay access, health benefits, and free CPR/AED/First Aid training.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Caregiving, PCA, or home health aide experience accepted.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Comfortable working overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and support.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Ensure client safety and comfort through the night.
• Support mobility and repositioning as needed.
• Maintain a calm, compassionate presence.
