Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking caring overnight caregivers to provide one-on-one support for aging adults and individuals with disabilities. You’ll help ensure safety, dignity, and comfort while supporting families when they need it most.

This role offers competitive pay ($15-$16+ per hour), flexible 12-hour shifts, early pay options, health benefits, free training, and time-and-a-half for overtime. CNA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Overnight caregivers provide safe, patient-centered care during night hours.
• Experience in caregiving or home health is valued.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be compassionate, dependable and professional.
