Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Franklin, TN is seeking compassionate Caregivers and CNAs for the night shift. This position is PRN and/or full-time, offering overnight support to our residents and a stable, caring work environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor safety overnight, provide companionship, document care, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide overnight monitoring and ensure resident safety
• Support residents with toileting, repositioning, and comfort needs
• Document care provided and communicate any changes to nursing staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure continuity of care

Shift: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM (PRN Nights)

POSITION SUMMARY

Caregivers and CNAs are the primary support providers for our residents. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities while providing compassionate, respectful care that enhances their quality of life.
