Job summary

Synergy HomeCare Franchising, LLC in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring overnight caregivers to provide one-on-one care for aging adults and individuals with disabilities. You’ll help ensure safety, dignity, and comfort while supporting families when they need it most.

Provide overnight supervision, assistance with personal care, and support mobility while maintaining a calm, compassionate presence. CNA certification is a plus but not required; flexible overnight shifts and competitive pay are offered.
